VXDIAG Authorisation License for BENZ CV Trucks

1. Suitable for VXDiag Devices with BENZ Activated, like VCX SE BENZ, VCX SE FULL, VCX MULTI BENZ C6, VCX MULTI FULL, etc.
2. Need to buy Software HDD/SSD additionally.

The Authorization license is suitable for VXDIAG VCX Devices activated with BENZ already. Including VCX SE BENZ, VCX SE FULL, VCX MULTI BENZ C6, VCX MULTI FULL, etc.
If no BENZ license activated yet, need to buy VCX BENZ License first.

To activate your license, please send us your serial number once payment is confirmed.

Please note that the diagnostic software is not a direct download. It is pre-installed on a dedicated "Benz HDD" (hard drive), which must be purchased separately.
This is authorization for vxdiag multi and vxdiag vcx se to support the car brands, not software activation code or online access.

BENZCV License

No physical shipment is required. After payment, simply send us your device's serial number (SN).
We will activate the license upon receiving your serial number. The SN can be found on your device or in VX Manager.
Once activated, connect your device and update the license in VX Manager.
This license is applicable to VCX SE PRO and VCX-Plus devices activated with BENZ.
The license does not require annual renewal. If it expires, you can update it for free in VX Manager.

How to Update VXDIAG Benz Truck Driver?

1. Update VCI Firmware: Ensure your device is running the mandatory firmware version V1.9.6.0 (20251121).

2. Update VCI License: Activate and confirm your BENZCV license is present and active.

3. Update Benz C6 License: The system will automatically switch modes:
Under Truck software, the device will automatically switch to the C6 Truck Edition.
Under Car software, the device will automatically switch to the C6 Standard Edition.
